For now the easiest way to do this is to let us have the website address of the video from a number of the main video sharing sites, YouTube.com, Vimeo.com, Blip.tv etc. Just copy the address from your browsers status bar and paste it into the suggested video box below.

We hope to make an upload facility available shortly so we can host your videos ourselves but for now if you would like to send us a video file just let us know in the comments box and we’ll get back to you and tell you how to do it.
